Maligned Raven chosen for publication!

Finally! I have struggled with getting poetry published (which is why I had previously paid for a review- to find out if I suck) and a magazine called Poet's Choice has chosen my humble Raven to print. The theme was "New Beginnings", so it fit, really. Ravens get a lot of bad PR, thanks to the great Edgar Allen Poe and others (including myths that were around before his 10x great-grandfather). In my poem, a raven gets the chance to be a different creature entirely. He's not the harbinger of doom being used as dark foreshadowing, and he certainly isn't feasting on the eyes of the dead!
